This course explores sophisticated financial management techniques in modern agriculture. Students will study advanced capital budgeting, risk management, agricultural lending, and investment analysis for farm and agribusiness operations. Topics include complex financial statement analysis, asset pricing models, financial markets, capital structure, farmland control, term structure of interest rates, risk management and credit evaluation. innovative financing methods, agricultural derivatives, asset valuation, and emerging trends in agricultural finance. Prerequisite FIN 350, GB 321.
