Meta Major Pathways

What is a Meta Major?
Students who are interested in related disciplines but have not decided upon a specific program of study may choose a Meta Major Pathway. Pathways are designed to provide students with coursework in their areas of interest, while minimizing the number of credits that are not applicable toward a declared major. Students may complete a maximum of 60 credit hours within a Meta Major Pathway before transition to a program of study. Academic Advisors will assist students in choosing appropriate courses.

Students may complete a maximum of 60 credit hours within a Meta Major Pathway before transitioning to a program of study. A Meta Major Pathway is not a degree-granting program.
