FSN 0491 - Internship in Food Science and Nutrition

Fall, Spring, Summer 3 Credit Hours
Extensive, off-campus internship providing opportunity for students to be an integral component of a food science and nutrition facility. Students and on-site supervisor will develop a contractual agreement that provides specific learning experiences for the internship. May be repeated once. Prerequisites: 90+ credit hours.
