FSN 0420 - Food Packaging and Preservation


Fall 3 Credit Hours
Provides an in-depth exploration of principles, techniques, and technologies related to food packaging and preservation. Students will gain an understanding of the importance of packaging in maintaining food quality, safety, and shelf life. Additionally, various preservation methods will be discussed to ensure the long-term viability of food products. Recommended Chemistry. Prerequisite: FSN 310.
