Introduces students to the fundamental principles and concepts of food processing, various processing techniques, and the underlying science and technology involved in converting raw materials into finished food products. Students will delve into unit operations in food processing and explore emerging processing technologies shaping the future of the industry. Recommend Chemistry, Prerequisite: FS101
