MGMT 0505 - Business Law and Ethics

Fall, Spring, Summer 3 Credit Hours
Covers the interpretation and application of law, including legal regulation, to business transactions. The course also incorporates the study of ethical issues that arise in contemporary business settings, including professional conduct and corporate social responsibility. Students will also learn about legal reasoning and analysis. Finally, the course will discuss the global and comparative dimensions of legal and ethical issues.
