MGMT 0245 - Introduction to Supply Chain Management

Introduce fundamental concepts and techniques of supply chain management (SCM) based on real-world operations in different industries across the globe. Also, this course explores how to integrate a firm’s supply chain strategy into business strategy to gain a competitive advantage in the global marketplace. We will cover the fundamentals of SCM, international and local procurement, transportation and logistics, outsourcing, and other recent innovations.
