FSN 0101 - Introduction to Food Science


3 Credit Hours
This introductory course provides students with a foundational understanding of the principles and concepts in food science. Students will explore various aspects of food science, including, basic food groups and nutrients, food composition and structures, chemical reactions in food, basic food microbiology and safety, and the principles behind food processing.
