SPAN 0330 - Intro to Spanish Linguistics

Fall 3 Credit Hours
Develops students’ understanding of important topics in Spanish linguistics by exploring such topics as the language’s history, phonetics and phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, sociolinguistics, cultural and linguistic contact of Spanish with other world languages, and regional and social language variation. Prerequisite: SPAN 0204.
