HS 0112 - Introduction to Electrocardiography (ECG) Interpretation

Fall, Spring, Summer 1 Credit Hour
Students enrolled in this course will gain the knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, electrode placement, and creation of an electrocardiography (ECG) tracing, as well as the skills to interpret basic cardiac rhythms. This course is intended for students entering a healthcare field that may require response to a cardiovascular emergency and provides a quality foundation to support future learning of cardiovascular care.
