IET 0110 - Engineering Graphics I

Fall & Spring 3 Credit Hours
provides the foundation to Engineering Graphics, a technique of creating accurate representations of designs for manufacturing. Students will create Engineering Drawings that clearly define requirements for engineered items in accordance with ANSI and ISO drawing standards. Autodesk Inventor, a feature-based parametric modeling software, will be utilized for creating 2D sketches, 3D parts, and drawings. Two hours lecture and two hours lab per week. Prerequisites: None.
