Introduces students to the analytical tools used by economists to understand legal systems and how laws can alter behavior to achieve efficiency or fairness objectives. Topics include legal traditions and processes, property law, contract law, tort law, criminal law. Prerequisites: ECON 0201 and ECON 0202.
