MGMT 0443 - Organizational Staffing

Explores the staffing function of organizations, or the processes through which organizations attract and retain the workforce quantity and quality needed to achieve organizational goals. Students will learn about the various activities and decision-making processes associated with the recruitment and selection of employees, while exploring the strategies organizations employ to retain and deploy human capital effectively and efficiently.
