Examines the skills and strategies related to global management. Students will study the global business environment with special emphasis on managing the cultural, political, economic, legal and technological environments. Examines management issues for small and large international organizations in the areas of formulating and executing strategy, management across boundaries, buildings of capabilities, international market entry, and management of activities.
