Expands terminology, materials, and processes of using traditional fibers as an art media. An emphasis will be placed on working to develop a body of work with advanced technical and conceptual elements using textiles, paper arts and weaving. The importance of the roles of functionality and craftsmanship will be examined. Six studio hours per week.
