KINE 0295 - Orientation to Health Promotion and Wellness Fall & Spring 1 Credit Hour Provides an orientation to health promotion. Students will gain a greater understanding of careers within a variety of health promotion professions and will begin preparation for entry into these professions. A 10 clock-hour field-based component is a requirement of this course. Limited to Health Promotion and Wellness majors. This course provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to design, organize, and implement appropriate health promotion programs. Required and limited to students seeking a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness. Course Charge: $10.00 Kinesiology Program Charge Prerequisite: KINE 0103 or KINE 0113 .
