JS 0588 - Wellness and Justice: A Lion Co-op Experimental Learning Course 3 Credit Hours Students will investigate the relationship between wellness and social justice issues. Students will explore how historical factors have shaped Americans’ current attitudes toward and access to wellness by exploring how understandings of what it means to be well have changed over time and have often been intertwined with issues such as class, race, gender, and religion. Prerequisites: Junior level standing, a 3.2 GPA, and permission of the instructor.
