IET 0471 - Senior Design

Spring 1 Credit Hour
Provides students the capstone design experience in industrial engineering technology. Students apply their technical and non-technical knowledge to broadly defined industrial problems. The design activity includes identification of problem and objective, data collection, data analysis, and solution generation. Students will have to balance corporate expectations with academic requirements. Students are expected to spend considerable time outside of class time on project work. Course Charge: $18.00 Engineer Tech/LOGT Crse Chg Prerequisites: IET 0310, IET 0320, IET 0355, IET 0380, and IET 0425 (IET 0425 may be taken concurrently) or permission of instructor. Co-requisite: IET 0470 .
