Addresses the new technological environment that marketers are facing by introducing strategic considerations related to technology and technology implementation including web site construction, email and social media marketing. Explores the basics of marketing exchange utilizing the information highway, multimedia techniques, database marketing, and interactive telecommunications; also gives students hands on experience with relevant software.
