A study of the role of the supervisor. The focus is on key skills needed for effective supervision-e.g., planning, organization, measurement, motivation and leadership. To effective supervise a group, there are foundational principles that must be integrated into the key skills including, professional and ethical responsibilities, communication, and change management.
