IET 0115 - Engineering Graphics II

Spring 3 Credit Hours
Focus is on the study of the use of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in the design and manufacturing of parts. Students will gain fundamental knowledge of dimensioning and tolerancing methods needed to ensure clear part specifications and design intent is communicated to manufacturing. The use of parametric CAD and CAM software reflects the industrial application within this course. Two hours lecture and two hours lab per week.
