Examines the financial and non-financial reward systems of organizations. Students will be exposed to a variety of theoretical and legal perspectives in compensation, and will explore the many functions of compensation administration, including job analysis and job evaluation, wage surveys, different pay bases, internal and external pay equity, benefits administration, and determining the compensation strategy.
