Fall 3 Credit Hours
Study of entire system of probation and parole internationally, nationally, and locally. Prepares students for the state merit exam in probation and parole. Study of pre-sentence investigation methods, predicting parole behavior, supervisory practices, legal aspects, the use of amnesty and pardons.
