MUS 0604 - Research for Music Pedagogues

This course examines common practitioner-based research designs used by music educators and music pedagogues. Students will learn how to analyze both quantitative and qualitative responses, consequently being able to form a hypothesis that will shape their beliefs, teaching methods, and provide a foundation for future study and research. Course Charge: $120.00 Music Program Charge - Grad Prerequisite: Approval by the Music Department for post baccalaureate studies in Music or acceptance into the MSSU Masters of Curriculum and Instruction Program with advisor approval.
