PARA 0255 - Paramedic Skills

This course introduces basic, fundamental skills that are required for the paramedic to function. Without the knowledge and ability to properly perform these skills, the paramedic would not be able to treat patients. These skills include intravenous (IV) access, intraosseous (IO) access, medication administration and patient assessment. One hour of lecture and four hours of lab per week.
