MUS 0243 - Musical Theatre

History, production, and performance of musical theatre. Academic concentration on scenes from musicals with emphasis on acting, music, and dance techniques needed for musical productions, and focus upon representative musicals from the past fifty years and more specifically on the particular musical selected for production in the spring semester of that school year.
