DH 0105 - Fundamentals of Instrumentation

Spring 2 Credit Hours
This course provides clinical application of instrumentation theory and skills to provide comprehensive patient care. The dental hygiene student will have an opportunity to practice instrumentation techniques on mannequins and student partners in the laboratory setting. This course will culminate with a patient experience appointment.  Two 3-hour labs per week. Prerequisites: DH 0101  and DH 0103  with a grade of ‘C’ or higher.
