BIO 0440 - Plant Pathology

Historical significance of plant pathology, the physiological response of plants to abiotic factors, the anatomical, and physiological aspects of plant susceptibility to disease and examples of management systems. Includes major diseases caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses. Three lectures, one 2-hour lab per week. Prerequisite: BIO 0111.
