Currently Spanish is the only Modern Language being offered at MSSU

French or Spanish - 12 Hours of the same prefix

Asian Languages (Chinese and Japanese) - 10-11 Hours, prefixes can be combined

CHEM 140 and PHYS 160 fulfill General Education Core 42 Requirements Area 3A&B 7 hours.

MATH 150 fulfills Area 4  3 hours.

One Modern Language course satisfies 3 hours of General Education Core Requirement area 5A (6 hours required). An additional Modern Language course satisfies General Education Core Requirement Area 5C.

Institutional requirement UE 0100  may also be met by HNRS 0101  (2 credit hours).
