Medical Interpretation (Spanish/English) Certificate, FL86

Certificate Code FL 86

This certificate requires the student to complete two courses in any order (SPAN 0360  , SPAN 0430  , SPAN 0440  ) in addition to a minimum of 120 hours with a grade of B or higher in a successful medical internship experience (an equivalent of 3 credit hours in SPAN 0491  ). The student needs to have the required proficiency level, Intermediate High, defined by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) on the Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) for Spanish.
