ART 0337 - Wheel Throwing

An intermediate level ceramics studio class with a focus on developing and expanding the skills and techniques used with the potter’s wheel. Designed to improve knowledge and skills with using ceramic materials and techniques, especially in regards to creating functional pottery forms. This course consists of lecture, research, studio projects, verbal and written critiques, and/or discussions. There may be additional supply costs in addition to course fees. Six studio hours per week. Lab fee required. Prerequisite: ART 0207.
