JS 0514 - Ethics in Criminal Justice 3 Credit Hours An in-depth analysis of ethical issues and dilemmas confronted by criminal justice professionals, with special emphasis on the use of autonomous, discretionary authority for the fair and respectful treatment of all individuals experiencing criminal justice processes. Cross-listed with CJ 432. Prerequisite: Completion of 75 credit hours, cumulative GPA of 3.0, and permission of the instructor. This graduate-level course may meet concurrently with an undergraduate course, but students may not enroll in both the undergraduate and graduate courses simultaneously. Undergraduate students who enroll in the graduate course must have instructor permission, submit all required documentation, and are required to complete all the graduate coursework. Undergraduate students may be able to count hours toward a graduate degree (but this is not guaranteed). Prerequisite: Completion of 75 credit hours, cumulative GPA of 3.0, and permission of the instructor.
