TH 0240 - Stage Combat I

An introduction to stage combat training. Our main goals are to expand and strengthen each actors movement and gestural skill base, develop a wider range of physical tensions, techniques, and theatrical violence skills. We will investigate extensive training and warm-up techniques that will address the particular needs of individual actors, while building on the base knowledge of hand-to-hand combat and knife combat. All of your current and previous training in acting and vocal production will be integrated in this course. Course Charge: $30.00 Theatre Program Charge
