RESP 0341 - Research Issues, Methods, and Problems in Respiratory Care


Spring 2 Credit Hours
Directed research and/or literature review discussions in selected areas of respiratory care. Course work includes independent literature search (review) under the supervision of a respiratory care instructor that utilizes the student’s program acquired respiratory care critical thinking, writing, and oral presentation skills. Includes student demonstration of knowledge by completion of an NBRC Secured Self-Assessment written and clinical simulations, and writing a clinical research or literature review paper. Course Charge: $30.00 Health Science Program Charge, $250.00 Resp Ther Special Course Chg Prerequisite: current enrollment in the Respiratory Care Program and RESP 0313  with a minimum grade of ‘C’.
