IB 0410 - International Management

Spring 3 Credit Hours
Students examine management principles and practices as they relate to the management of multinational enterprises. Emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of cross-cultural management and global business strategy. Prerequisites: IB 310 and MGMT 350, or instructor’s permission.
