IB 0352 - International Human Resource Management Fall 3 Credit Hours Provides students an overview of human resource management (HRM) issues from the perspective of multinational enterprises. Students will explore how national differences influence HRM practices across the multinational enterprise network. This course covers issues specific to international staffing, such as; human resource planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, evaluation, and compensation in in the multinational enterprise context. Prerequisite: IB 310. Course Charge: $37.50 College of Business Program Ch Prerequisite: IB 0310 or instructor permission.
