ECON 0101 - Economics of Social Issues

Fall, Spring & Summer 3 Credit Hours
This course will introduce students to the application of economic decision making in a discussion of current social and economic issues, focusing on todays most pressing social and economic problems from both a domestic and global viewpoint. Topics will include but not limited to the economics of education, health care, crime, drugs, inflation, poverty, urban congestion, international trade and environmental pollution.
