ANTH 0101 - General Anthropology Fall 3 Credit Hours This course will introduce students to the field of anthropology, including its historical origins and the four sub-fields central to the discipline today: socio-cultural, linguistic, archeological, and physical/biological branches. Applied aspects of each of the four subfields will also be addressed. An emphasis is placed on the holistic nature of the discipline. It centers on an evolutionary and comparative approach to our species. MOTR: ANTH 101
