MUS 0400 - Secondary Music Methods

Spring 4 Credit Hours
Includes a cluster of outcomes to prepare students for secondary music teaching, i.e., history, philosophy and psychology of music learning; planning and delivery of classroom instruction; music program organization and management; national and state standards; curricular and assessment design; teaching materials; professional and activity organizations and music student events; marching band; choral and instrumental methods. Prerequisites: MUS 181 and MUS 182.
