The concepts, methods, practices, and regulations that help ensure a safe food supply. This information is useful for the environmental health professional working as a health agency regulator or as a quality control agent in the food industry. Two hours of lecture, two hours of lab/field work per week. Course Charge: $70.00 Biology/EH Special Course Chg Prerequisite: BIO 0101  or higher OR EH 0107  or higher. A chemistry course is recommended.
