EH 0311 - Soils for Environmental Health and Safety

The use of soil morphology to identify soils that can be used in the treatment and recycling of onsite wastewater. The protection of workers, the public health and the environment from soil pollutants. The protection of worker safety during trenching or excavation of the soil. Two hours of lecture per week. Prerequisites: BIO 0101 or higher or EH 0107 or higher.
