ART 0240 - Introduction to Typography

Fall 3 Credit Hours
Introduction to the anatomy and vocabulary of typography and the process of creating original letterforms and typeface families using appropriate design software. Emphasis is on development of software skills, ideation, and conceptualization of designs. There will be additional supply costs associated with this course. Six studio hours per week.
