EDUC 0665 - Elementary School Administration

2 Credit Hours
This course is a study of the administration of the elementary school and how it relates to the goals and objectives of modern elementary education. Instructional leadership, decision-making, problem solving, effective schools correlates, the change process, school culture, diversity and school improvement concepts will be emphasized. The course permits the student preparing for a position in school administration and supervision to enter into a supervised internship. Acceptance to the MSSU Teacher Education Graduate Program and/or advisor approval.
